2. RELIABLE

We have found one of the best ways to impress anyone of our clients is to simply be reliable (and clean up!) This means when we say we will deliver, we do so on time and on budget. We can achieve this by using the experience of our direct team and also network of reliable contractors, and most importantly communication. If there are any changes or unexpected variations along the way we will keep you well informed so there are no nasty surprises at the end of the project.

3. Sustainable/Environmental Building

We are becoming more environmentally aware with everything we do and are always looking for ways to improve this aspect of building. If this is important to you also then we can look further at using products like Low-0 VOC adhesives, paints and building boards, along with using sustainable products and reducing waste on site. We are currently learning more about using Hemp products in construction, so we look forward to updating everyone as we learn more about this when we build our first house using Hempcrete scheduled for completion early in 2021!

4. Fully Insured

We are fully insured for all building works, public liability, and workers compensation so you can rest assured if anything does happen it will be taken care of. Also if your project is over the value of 20k then we will obtain a HBCF policy specific to your project as is required in NSW, which adds extra protection for you in the event we aren’t able to uphold our contractual obligations with you directly.

5. Industry Support and Training

We are proud members of HIA and MBA, and can use this network for any additional support whether its technical or otherwise and this also helps us keep up to date with ever-changing building regulations. The team members at HBS benefit also, with access to educational and professional development courses that are often put on by these associations.

testimonials

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Rob and his team at Hainsworth Building Solutions. From the get-go, Rob impressed us. He was extremely helpful and invested a lot of energy into the initial stages of quoting and finalising the contract, taking the time to really listen to what we were after.
Throughout the build, Rob and his team continued to impress us with their professionalism. Nothing was ever a problem and if met with any challenges, Rob would take the time to find a solution and talk us through it. He is an excellent communicator and kept us up to date with the project.
As the project was our own design, being involved in the build was also very important to us. Rob was a fantastic collaborator and worked closely with us to deliver an amazing result, bringing our vision to life and building us our dream home! We are extremely grateful and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Lauren & James
