Renovation / Addition
• Pendle Hill
To turn a 2 bedroom fibro cottage into a 4 bedroom family home.
The project was completed on schedule, with the clients taking on the large task of painting to cut down on building costs.
The house virtually doubled in size with the addition of a master bedroom, ensuite, living area, increasing the kitchen and adding a separate garage/studio. It was a simple weatherboard finish to the external with new timber windows throughout. Large timber deck was built at the back and a small timber veranda at the front.
The look of the house changed dramatically and the clients love the family home we have created from the beginnings of a worn down fibro cottage.
